Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Banking Garnishment

A creditor has garnished my wages back in Feb. I make about $200 per week. Yesterday they froze my bank account. I had $98. Now the bank charged me $20 (garnishment fee) and my account is -$709. I filed the Exemption Claim and Request for Hearing form. What happens next? I can't afford to file for bankruptcy, no money. I need help!
