My wife contracted with a company to do blood cleanup company to clean up an accidental death. They had 60 days under Indiana law to place their lien, which they failed to do.If they file for a judgment can they force a sale of the property like they could under the mechanics Lien,

They can get a judgment lien on real estate but it is rare that creditor forecloses on the property. There are too many questions to be asked to give you the answer you seem to want: how is the land titled, is there any defense to debt, who actually owes the debt. I suggest your wife get a lawyer.
