Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

As a small business we have card swipes for our techs to use in the field to be able to accept credit cards in the field; however, all of our customers are not always available to use this and they will call their card number into our shop to be ran manually. My question is on the forms that we write the card numbers on has our company logo at the top its strictly used for in shop purposes the customers do not see it. Is there any legal issue I should be concerned with having our logo on a piece of paper that we put the numbers on? We keep them in our card file to match receipts for bookkeeping purposes then the papers are shredded after payment is received so that we have no numbers around unsecured.
