Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I am wondering what the statute of limitations is in Indiana on a personal debt (verbal agreement, family member).

Here's the context. A sibling purchased concert tickets in 2009, and I paid her back in cash about a month later. I have no record of this, as the transaction was in cash, and I did not get a receipt.

This month, she has contacted me, demanding that I pay her. When I refused, she sent an invoice with compounded interest, and threatening legal action/collections if the "debt" continues to go unpaid.

By law, is she even able to demand payment for a verbal agreement that is nearly two and a half years old? This is the first time she has asked for payment.

Thank you for your advice!
