Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I'm 15 16 in 3 months my boyfriend is 20. My parents are fine with us being together but I'm pregnant. Would he be able to sign birth certificate and everything without getting in trouble? Or would they try to charge him with statutory rape since I'm not 16 yet but will be when the baby is here?

Your boyfriend could get in trouble for what he did (had sex with a minor), whether he signs the birth certificate or not.
