Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my boyfriends dad passed away and they were reoking his probation but he didn't go to court cause his dad was in the hospital dieing and he didn't want to be in jail at the time. I think there is a warrant for him. He was charged with a owi. Will he have to serve out the sentence which he was charged for?
