Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My child was at a mall with one other friend and she saw a friend she went to school with they walked together but were not together the other child was apparently selling candy at the mall the secrurity guard stopped all the children and ask if they were all togther my child explained that they knew them but they were not togther the other child stated that t hey were togther so the secrurity took them all to the office and did not allow my child to explain any further the officer told me that she cannot come to the mall for 90 days my questions is can i ask for proof that she was selling candy and if they do not have proof can i make them lift the ban?

The mall is private property. They can ban a person for any reason or no reason. If there are criminal charges, then you need to consult an attorney
