Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

DCS came to my house with allegations that I walked into my child's room naked. All I could say was it sounds like I need a lawyer. What are the legal ramifications of my child saying this on my part? Also dont have money to pay lawyer. What would be your suggestion on talking to DCS?

The ramifications depend on a lot fo things, including your child's age, your gender, the child's gender, time of day, other circumstances. You should talk to a lawyer, and if you believe you can't afford one, think about what losing your job over molestation allegations would cost you analyze the situation again. You should talk to a lawyer before talking to DCS.
