If i was double jepedy in 1998 is there any thing i can do now

Sorry, this question makes no sense. If you are asking whether you can still appeal based upon double jeopardy which should have been raised in defense of a 1998 conviction, the answer is no. If you have convictions after 1998 which might have sentences affected if the 1998 conviction was vacated, then you should sit down with a lawyer and provide more details.
