Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Drug rehabilitation
I have a friend with a family member who is 21 years old and has been arrested 7 times for meth possession. He has asked if to live with my friend until he can get back on his feet. If he is being watched by the authorities and my friend's house is searched, said friend will be arrested as well. Is there anything he can do to safeguard himself in case his relative brings illegal substances into his home?
