Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Am I entitled to a new trial because trial counsel failed to strike juror for cause after he stated during voir dire that he knew the prosecutor for years and they were good friends.This juror also stated that he he the victims family and some of the police officers who were to testify.Trial counsel failed to strike juror for cause and he was later seated in my jury and became the foreperson.
