Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
The father of my child is in Jail until the end of July and our Son is due May 16th...Is there a way for the father to come to the hospital for child's birth? How would I get that worked out? Would we have to get a court order if so how long would it usually take? I would appreciate the help! Thanks

Yes, you would have to have court approval. Getting it depends on the coort and the jail you're in. You need to talk to an attorney in your community to answer the rest of your questions.
