Can my fifteen year old so get into trouble having a thirteen year old girlfriend?

If he touches her in any kind of sexual way (which includes kissing, petting, etc.), unfortunately it is possible for him to be charged with a juvenile delinquency petition in Indiana. While most prosecutors would have the common sense not to file that in such a circumstance, it would not be impossible.
