Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Where can I find Pro Bono Lawyer ?

A Mothers Plea

My name is Ms. Barbara Brown and I have generated this correspondence on behalf of Mr. Anthony C. Martin. Anthony, who is a non-violent offender, has been incarcerated for over four years in the Indiana Department of Corrections, which is located in Michigan City, IN.

As a result of Mr. Martins low-income status, his only recourse for legal counsel is to take a Pro Se representative approach. Anthony is in dire need of a legal representation to assist in order to file a petition for sentencing modification or reduction in Sentencing. Anthony has accomplished credible programs under the Indiana code 35-50-6-3.3 with exemplary results. The validity of Mr. Martins issues is of arguable merit; this pursuit is solely in the interests of justice and his best interest.

I am in a dire need for a defense counsel in Elkhart or South Bend, Indiana; who is willing to served the public with dedication and integrity and provide Pro Bono service to people in need.

Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
