Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I have a friend who offered to GIVE me the money to pay a bill, she told me to call in with her debt card and I offered her the money back 2 weeks later ...cash. She declined and said that she had received a large settlement. 3 months later, I am finding out this was her grandmothers debt card and she is filing charges. What can I do?

Get an attorney who can contact the prosecutor to best handle this. If you try that yourself, it may backfire on you.
