Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Informants
If I was driving a car under someone else's name and the police stop me because I am going too fast and they search my car and find a kilogram of cocaine... Would I be able to beat the case if I act like I didn't know there was a kilogram of cocaine in the car and it is under someone else's name?

You definately have a reasonable argument to make. I'd suggest you hire an attorney to help you with it. Your case is certainly not a lost cause.
