My loved one confessed to robberies in 3 different counties. Two of the three have already charged him and set court dates. The third county hasn't pressed charges yet. Is there anyway to speed that up? We've heard they have two years before they even have to bring up charges on him. He's afraid that will mess with him doing programs and trying to modify out.
