Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I tried to get a protective order against a neighbor that is harrassing, stalking, and trying to physically hurt me. He wanted to be heard in front of a judge and took witnesses with him that are also neighbors that are bullying me with him because they are on drugs and well people that do not work and are not like me. They told horable lies under oath and said I was taking pictures of their children because they are mad because I am taking pics of what they are doing to me because the police told me to because I live alone and do not have any witnesses. I did not get the order because the judge did not know they were all bullies because I was trying to do this one person at a time with the very worst first before he kills me like he says he will. Do I have any other recourse at this time like for example deflamation of my character???

The kid thing was hurtful and I do not want that in court record either.

What can I do at this point to protect myself and to get rid of this kind of record?
