Sex consent laws in detail
If a teenager is 17 and she is sleeping with a 21 year old, is that illegal in indiana.

Generally speaking, no. The age of consent in Indiana is 16. However, it could be considered Child Seduction, a Class D felony, if the adult is a guardian, custodian or childcare worker for the 17 year old.
