my friend's little sister is 15 and is dating a guy that is 23 but they are not having sex because they are christians is that okay in the laws eyes? i wouldent see why not because they arent having sex and nobody's getting hurt...

There is nothing illegal based on the facts presented. However, that does not mean that the 15 year old parent's will allow this to happen as they have every right under the law to determine whether she can date someone, whether he is 23 or whether he is 15
