Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Indiana

medical

my doctor has told me to leave my job due to headaches caused from ink and solvent fumes and i can go to work somewhere else but my employer says that i can't go to work for them because they are in the same type of business and they have a non-compete agreement but the other company wants me and I DID NOT sign anything where i am at now, so can I work elsewhere since the Dr. is making me quit?

If you did not sign a non-compete agreement, there is nothing prohibiting you from going to work at another company, even if it manufactures the same kind of product.
