Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Indiana

Retracting offer after negotiating salary

I have been interviewing for a position for the past 3 months. After 5 interviews they finally offered me the position, only it was 10K less than what they had posted in the job description. They say it was a mistake. They then told me the ''real'' range and I tried to negotiate that to the middle of the range. Then they called and said that they opened the interviews back up!!! Is this fair? I think that they decided I was not worth the salary range because of my young age and are playing it off as a misprint! Also, who gets their offer retracted just because they tried to negotiate salary? It was a sales position too, what sales person doesn't negotiate? Is there anything that can be done here or should I cut my losses?

Chalk it up. Age bias because of your youth not discrimination per fed law (or state).
