My boyfriend got 2 DUI's within 5 years his last one being in April. Him and his lawyer bargained for probation, 6 months without a license (already did this), and 5 days in jail (hasn't done this). He was out of the state for work for several months but returned home for the holidays and missed TWO COURT DATES IN A ROW. Therefore, a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is leaving the state with his crew again for work and does not want to go to jail bc he will get fired. How much trouble is he in? More jail time or will he get a felony?
