I want to know how I can get a court date to appeal a DUI felony conviction which I recieved four years ago. I was recently laid off and I tried to regerster for school today to recieve a CNA Degree and they would not let me because I have a felony record.\nPlease Help Me!!!!

It is too late to appeal this conviction. You may be able to hire an attorney in your area to obtain post-conviciton relief, which is available only in rare circumstances. If your conviction was reversed that way, the state can still go to trial on the charge. Reversal does not equal dismissal.
