Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

i have a felony owi/dui in 2006 (convicted) , my question is: what can i do to keep an employer from looking this up? i already know that espongement not an option. it was in hendricks county, indiana. can i write the judge? is there any thing he can do?? can i hire an attorney, is there anything they can do?? i have been to rehab and am cured, i was going thru a divorce and am not drinking any longer, have had a girlfriend for a year, and a steady respectable job for 2 yrs. i would like a better paying job, and one with my degree. i have paid my debt to society, reconized my wrongdoings, WHY DO I HAVE TO STILL BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL WHEN I AM DOING NOTHING WRONG NOW NOR DO I PLAN ON IT IN THE FUTURE???? WHY AM I STILL BEING PERSECUTED??? IT'S NOT RIGHT. CAN WE CHANGE THE LAW. HEEEEEEEEEEELLLLPPPPP!!!!

Your only choice is to contact your local state legislators. They write the laws, not individuals or their lawyers.
