Minor consumption #2
In April of 09 I recieved a MC ticket. I was 18. I went to court did the whole deferrel thing with classes and all. Just recently this August 2010 I recieved another MC ticket in a different county. I am 19 now. Can I defer this now that I'm over 18, or not? And what might I have to do? classes, community service?
