I plead guilty to 60 mos. work release, community service and 7 yrs prob. for 4 counts of battery 5 yrs. ago. Got DUI 2 weeks ago due to a nervous breakdown (lost my house, have to provide for my 2 daughters, my business is about to go belly-up, wife wrecked the car and now I found out she's been cheating on me this whole time). now I'm petrified 2 do the 6yrs.
Here's the kicker, My probation was transferred to Vanderburgh co. because the incident happend in Perry County and my probation officer was the "victims" wife!
I guess my question is will they make me do all the suspended time, even though I've been squeeky clean (not a drop for over 5 years). I need my family.

It is very possible. You are exposed to whatever length of years you had suspended to probation.
