can I be arrested being the custodial parent for going on vacation? im on vacation in florida and live in Indiana. how can a non custodial parent have me arrested for going on vacation with my children?

If you are the custodial parent it is unlikely that you can be arrested for going on vacation in Florida. If you violated the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines or the custodial order, you may be subject to contempt in the
court that entered the order.
