Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My brother has Power of Attorney for financial matters for my Mom. We're now moving her in with me since I have more time to take care of her (she has moderate Alzheimer's). How do we either share joint POA or else transfer that POA to me?

You need to have an attorney look at the document to determine what may be delegatable in that POA. More likely, you will need to file for a guardaianship.
