Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support amount

I was divorced in Florida, both my ex & I relocated back to Indiana. The Vigo County Court is in jurisdiction of the registering foreign support order and the enforcement of support. The arrears have doubled to $22,000 from $7000.00. All this since 6/22/2007. From Florida there is an IWH order, to pay $198.65 a week and an additional $20.00 for arrears. The local CSE has sent me numerous Letters indicating a IWH has been sent to the employer. Since Indiana has taken jurisdiction there has not been one penny garnished, When I went to court on 12/22/2008 it was stated that the local office did not get the IWH to the right entity of CSX.Inc....no child support payments were paid since 12/30/2008 when returning to court on 2/23/2009...he said he was laid off...a known LIE....HELP what can i do,,,he is makin the money but getting by without paying...on that court date 2/23/2009 it was ordered he pay the $198.65/wk and only 10$ towards arrears...is it in Indianas jurisdiction to change withholding amount?

Re: child support amount

You need to hire an attorney to sort out all of the particulars It may be possible that you will be able to collect from CSX, Inc, if they failed to deduct the income and had been served with a proper order.
