Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child support arrears

I have been paying $140.00 a week through income witholding.

$25.00 of that was towards the arrears which at this point is paid in full. My question is will the amount I have been paying be dropped from the witholding or will I have to file for a modification? I tried contacting the court clerk without having any luck in getting an answer. What options do I have?

Your best bet is to file a new wage order by agreement.
