Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support

recently two of my kids moved ages 18 and 16 there dad had me served with papers to get all support stopped i went to my lawyer and he said i should get 40 to 50 dollars a week for the kid still with me he called and said we don't have to go to court and the dad's lawyer would draw up papers for us to go over before signing them. my support was stopped immediately because his lawyer gave the judge papers saying everyone had agreed to stopping all child support. i did not agree to this and did not sign any papers is this legal for his attorney to do this without giving papers to me or my attorney to review and reject or sign.
