Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Support/College Obligation

Husband pays child support on child almost 18 but never married to mother. Since then, we have 2 boys of our own, moved from IN to IL. Child in IN. Tuition to be covered by scholarships. Our obligation for support and living expenses? For how long? Mother wants child off campus and father to pay 3/4 of living expenses?
