Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
i was contacted by a child service worked on thursday regaurding an alligation someone says my son made about an older man grabbing him in the woods by my house. I was not told any other infromation other then he would be interviewed on monday and i was not to discuss this with him prior to the interview, as to insure a clean interview. What are my rights as a parent to protect my child?

It looks like your rights are being protected by CPS seeking to talk to your son. Are you asking about whether you have a right to "protect your son" by NOT letting him talk to CPS?
