Divorce
My husband is in a state prison in Nebraska and has been for a couple of years. I reside in Indiana. He is going to be there for many years. I am trying to file but he refuses to sign a divorce. What can I do, how do I file and where can I find help?

You do not need him to sign off on a divorce. Go to www.in.gov/judiciary. They have forms there
