I am divorced, and my my ex-wife and myself have joint custody of our 3 children. My oldest is now requesting to live with me. I am going to pick him up as his mother has agreed. What kind of amendments do I need to file for the custody and support changes?

You have to request modification of support and custody. Talk to your ex to see whether this can be done with an agreed entry.
