Second Family
I live in Gibson county which is in Indiana. I am engaged to a man who is divorced with two children from his previous marriage. I was wondering, if he and I were to have children of our own would that be taken into consideration when it comes to his paying child support or would our children together not matter.

If his divorce is in Indiana, the answer is yes.

Your children together would affect the child support.
