Grandparents rights

What are the guidelines for grandparents awarded visitation by the court?. If the grandchild is out of state, who must provide transportation for the visitation?

You must look at the decree first to obtain the specific rights which the non-custodial parent has to visitation. The trial court has great descretion in awarding visitation but in my experience most courts will order that any visitation by grandparents must come out of the time sey aside for the non-custodial parent. I would think that a court would require the grandparents to pay for any visitation they receive
