Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
So i guess my ex husband has just been married and feels the need to take me back to court for visitation and support modification.Eventhough since sept 11,11 he has not asked to see them or anthing.So my question is I want the hearing to be here where my kids and myself reside.We have lived here in Indianapolis since oct.'10".But i have been told two different things.I can have it moved because the children and myself have been a resident for more than 6 months.But because our divorce decree states any other issues from the divorce would be kept the courts of that said county.So can i motion to have it moved and be confident that it will.

don't guess that ex husband has married make it confirm first. when you have got the divorce whats the issue between and your ex husband? make it clear
