My husbands ex wife relocated to another state from Indiana. All f the court proceedings have been in Indiana. Can she file for a change of venue even if she already filed for a change of judge two years ago?

As long as Indiana is still your husband's home state, Indiana should retain jurisdiction. If she does file a request to change it, hire an attorney to stop it.
