Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex and I have joint physical and legal custody but in our divorce decree it also states that if we can not agree then it is presumed that the mother (me) had primary physical custody. What does this mean?

Without reading the entire decree, it is hard to say. However, it sounds like mom has the final say. Your best bet is to ask your divorce attorney.
