Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If a judge court orders a child to one parent for a week and the other parent the next week, if the child gets mad over rules of the house and refuses to go to one parents can that parent press runaway charges on the child? Or if the other parent says that child not going can kidnapping charges be filed?
