Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

what is the law concerning summer visitation for a child over 6 that lives with mother and visits father every other weekend? The guidelines says 2 weeks of each month in the summer, but doesn' say anything about using babysitters during the day when the father works. Is it ok to have a sitter during these visitations when the father works during the day?

Yes. Of course, if mother is a stay at home mother who is close enough to be the sitter during the day, that would be a better option over stranger-provided daycare.
