Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If I saw a lawyer in Feburary to divorce my husband and gave him all sorts of intimate details about my family life, could that same lawyer represent my daughters babies father against us in a custody hearing?

Unless you have filed a petition for custody yourself for your grandchild's care, the custody hearing is just between the mother and the father. If the attorney uses information that was obtained from you in the course of talking with you, he could be disciplined by the state disciplinary commission. It would be wise for your daughter's attorney, or your own counsel, to point this out to him.
