Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi, I live in Indiana, my husband first tried to get a divorce by filing uncontested divorce and claimed that we didn't have kids when we have two, he said that he lived elsewhere and that I lived at the house. he received my mail, forged my name on the papers, had a friend do the notary public and filed them. we spoke about it and we agreed that we would let that case drop. I, then, filed for a divorce but later changed my mind so since I did not follow through, I thought that the case would be dropped like the one previous, but it did not. he had a lawyer and I did not. we drew up settlement papers but I never signed. I believe that he forged my name again. the divorce is now finalized and he has the house and I am living in an apartment with my two girls. he does not pay for child support.

Your situation is way too complex for this kind of forum. You need to hire counsel to look into what happened and to determine whether you have any remedies.
