Last year went through entire divorce and husband begged me to take him back. We agreed not to sign final papers. Now I'm right back where I started. We are not getting along and he is making it impossible to stay in our house. He says the house is his and he wants me out. I have been a stay at home mom for the past seven years. There is five beautiful children going through this mess too. I started packing and moving things out. Now he is telling me what I can and can't have. There is no attorneys or paperwork turned in at the courthouse. So at this point what am I allowed to take and begin my life again elsewhere with? I can tell you the children will be with me. He doesn't want the responsibility and my children are my life. I love them more than words could ever say. Can you give me any help in sorting this part out. I have no intentions of retaining another attorney so he will have to file. I just want to save my children any more heartache of listening to their father cuss me out on a daily basis.

You are in a very bad situation and there is no way it can besolved in this forum. After considering some of the questions that you have asked, you had better change your intentions and hire an attorney! There may be serious problems if you pursue the course of action suggested in your posting.
