Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

When I married my wife had four children; one from a teen pregnancy; three from a previous marriage. Her ex husband molested her oldest daughter. He did his time and is already finished with probation. Of course he still has to be registered. The three younger girls have already been interviewed and we're pretty certain they were never touched. My question is, can he still get visitation rights and/or custody? If it were up to me he'd never see any of them again, but my wife is reluctant because she thinks they will never understand why they can never see their father again.

If your wife doesn't oppose it, then the answer to your question is yes. Sadly, this is something that is within the power and control of the two parents, not you or any other concerned adult.
