I have been married for a year and I just found out my husband might have comitted bigamy. What are the steps I have to go threw to get him prosecuted?

Report it to your county prosecutor's office. It is then up to them.

You can report it to your county prosecutor and depending on the circumstances you may be able to have your marriage annulled.
