Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My mom has guardianship of my daughter and I'm trying to get my daughter back. I have a job,car,home and bed here for her. I also have been paying child support for over a year. I received a phone all from the police today tha my mom had been arrested for drugs. This is her second arrest in less then a year. I need advice on how to get my daughter ASAP. My grandma currently has her now
