Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have an ongoing situation with my child's father. We have never been married & we ended up having a child. Now he has a new girlfriend who has displayed domestic violence. Both of which have been abusive towards each other. Which caused him to uproot his life in Ohio to move back home to Indiana. Now I don't want my son around this woman. I've been constantly harassed by this woman & now he's back with her & I refuse to have my son around them together. What can I do?
